DOLLYMOUNT FC 2012 AGM

A meeting of the members of Dollymount Football Club for the purpose of reviewing the past season & planning for the season ahead. The meeting will include discussion on, requirements (financial & player-wise) for the club to continue; the best way for the club to proceed; the election of a committee to oversee the running of the club; & agreement on a method for appointing a management team for the 2012-2013 season.

6/ Proposals towards improving the running of the club (on & off the field) next season.

8/ Discussion on criteria for selecting team management for next season.

10/ Set date ( and list action points) for first meeting of new committee.
* Secretary will be asked to bring a schedule of the year for the information & use of the incoming committee.
** Treasurer will be asked to produce a set of figures for the year to facilitate the incoming committee in drawing up a budget.
*** Manager will provide an inventory of matchday & training gear which the club owns.
